Weekly Directors' Workshop
Coordinated by Farnaz Mansouri & Danny Cassidy
Come join our specialized Directing workshop every Sunday @ 8pm at Cabaret Theatre to learn about the intricacies of directing at a college student run theatre. Topics includes: script analysis, auditions & casting, the rehearsal process, stage composition, and being a proactive leader in a theatrical production. The workshop is based on discussion amongst peers and fellow creative thinkers, NO PAST DIRECTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
The first meeting is Sunday, September 18th at 8pm.
Meetings will run until winter break and resume in the spring semester.
Directors' Showcase
The Directors' Showcase directors for the 2011-2012 production have already been selected. There will be more opportunities for directors to get involved next semester for the 4th Annual Original Play Festival. More information will be available soon!
