Cabaret Theatre Mission Statement
The Cabaret Theatre is a non profit organization located on the Douglass Campus of Rutgers University. Entirely student managed, the Cabaret Theatre receives no financial assistance from the University, and is dependent upon receipts from previous events to fund its new productions.

Since 1975, the Cabaret Theatre has been committed to providing the University and its surrounding community with a wide variety of theatrical experiences, as well as offering a forum for students to learn about acting, directing, writing, business-management, design and construction through various workshops and hands-on experience.


Donations to the Cabaret Theatre

The Cabaret Theatre is a non profit student run organization located on the Douglass Campus of Rutgers University. It has been providing the Rutgers community in New Brunswick NJ with quality affordable entertainment since 1975.

Entirely student managed, The Cabaret Theatre receives no financial assistance from Rutgers University, and is dependent upon receipts from previous shows to fund new productions.

Any donations to the Cabaret Theatre from organizations or individuals are welcome. Please help keep the Cabaret Theatre running by attending a performance or making a donation.

In addition to donations, the Cabaret Theatre offers show sponsorships and advertising space in our programs for each production. Supporting our productions by taking out an ad in the program, or becoming a partial show sponsor is a way to ensure that your funds go directly into the show of your choice. More information about show sponsorship and advertising will be available on this page soon. Until then, please e-mail Kate Eovino, Director of Finance and Development, to obtain sponsorship materials. You can also contact any member of a current production.

All donations made to The Cabaret Theatre are fully tax-deductible. If you would like to make a monetary donation, please send a check or money order (in any amount) made payable to The Cabaret Theatre to:
