-Digital purchases: Cabaret Theatre uses a ticketing system provided by Rutgers University’s Student Activities Business Office (SABO). A link to purchase tickets for a production will be posted on both this website and Cabaret Theatre’s social media accounts (Facebook and Twitter). From that link, you will be brought to the SABO page with a schedule of all available shows and the option to purchase the tickets. If you are a student or faculty/staff member with a valid RUID, or are a Senior Citizen with Proof of Age over 60, there will be a discounted ticket option for you. If not, select the option for general admission.
-In-person purchases: The box office will open one hour before the listed show time and close once the show starts. During this window, any available seating we have will be sold to the public. Purchases are made on first come, first served basis. Cash only. We highly recommend purchasing your tickets digitally, as there is no guarantee of in-person tickets to be purchased. Patrons that arrive after all tickets are sold can be added to a waiting list for tickets that will be released as a result of absent ticket holders or cancellations.
-No refunds. All ticket sale purchases are final. Refunds will only be issued if the show is cancelled. Refund information for cancelled events will be posted on the Cabaret Theatre website and the respective Facebook event page.
-Exchanges: Please email email@example.com at least 48 hours before whichever comes first: the show listed on your ticket or the show you are trying to exchange your ticket for. ID's will be checked at the door, but it does not need to match the name listed on the ticket. Exchanges may not always be possible due to our space’s limited seating and ticket availability.
-Cancellations: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that Cabaret is unable to provide refunds for cancelled ticket purchases.
-Complimentary tickets: If you are eligible for complimentary tickets, please email email@example.com at least 48 hours before the show.
-For any general questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
-Patrons may sit in any seat of their choosing that is not marked as reserved. Patrons must be seated by start time of the show.
-Ticket holders arriving after the start time of the show will be seated at the discretion of the house staff. In an effort to minimize distraction to our actors and already seated patrons, we cannot guarantee seating to patrons that arrive after a show has begun. Possession of a purchased ticket does not guarantee entry to a show after it has begun.
-Patrons that leave the performance during the show for any reason will be granted reentry at the discretion of the house staff, and may not be returned to their original seat.
